Tai-tai Saturday: M.A.C & Little House of Dreams

It was finally my turn to attend the M.A.C make up class and I was very excited! I must say make up is really an art and I guess I am never really good at art. hahaha.

I love how professional the training room looks like with all the necessary products lay out neatly. It made me even more looking forward to the class.

Recently I have been watching Michelle Phan's make up video here and there and after attending this class I finally understood what she meant by prep and prim the face. hahahaha. Late better than never.

There were soooooooooo many products to be applied on the face for the prep and prim part, by the time I reached foundation, I have almost forgotten the prep and prim procedures. LOL!

Anyway, I volunteered to be on this "million dollar seat" to have my eyes drawn!! Thank God I volunteered, it took me ages to draw the other eye on my own. The trainer only drew one side to show the class and I have to practice on the other side after that.

The class was really good and informative, at least now I have a better idea on make up but I don't think I will wear make up everyday because God knows what time I have to wake up to just draw my face. pfft. hahahaha. >.<

Now I have $120 worth of M.A.C voucher at my disposal (comes with the class), shall grab some products which I think were pretty good like the moisturizer, fast respond eye cream and liquid foundation.

After the make up class which was in Clarke Quay, I decided to check out a cafe I came across online with a few of them!

Little House of Dreams!

This small little cafe is located at #b1-27e of The Central shopping mall. I love the polka dots table cloth! hahaha.

They do conduct classes on baking and even setting up a dessert table for events. I would love to have it men!!

We had that little tea pot!

They sell purely "high tea" stuffs, we ordered an Antoinette set to share, it has 4 canapes crepe, scones, small yummy cup cakes, chocolate mousse, honey cornflakes and chocolate tarts! The set costs $36.90 and comes with a pot of tea as well!! Quite worth it! =D

Tuna canape crepe

Oh yes, not to mention that red velvet cake with cream cheese, very nice! The chocolate mousse too! I am amazed by how this little shop with this little kitchen can come up with such yummy food!! =D
